The Customized Price List for all products can be prepared using menu command Customized Price List under menu heading Products.
The Customized Price List includes Code, Description, Unit, Sale Price, MRP, Name of the supplier and the applicable VAT / CST of the product. This list is called customized because it is possible to select products also to type any thing as product description.
To prepare supplier wise price list of products click option button Supplier Name and select one of the supplier from the Supplier Selection List . Press command button OK. The price list of the products belonging to that supplier will be displayed. To get price list of all products press option button List All.
To see the list of all products click the option List All. To make selective list of products press command button Select Items and select products from the List of Products . Press command button Ok the standard price list of selected products will be displayed. The rates can be increased or decreased by the Rates Up/Down box. It has two arrows, the Up arrow will increase the rates of all displayed products in grid and Down arrow will decrease the rates of all displayed products in grid.If any record of listed products has to be deleted from the list/grid, click on that record in grid then press command button Delete Row , a message will be displayed "Do You Want To Delete Current Row # ", click Yes to delete that row otherwise click No to cancel the deletion.
The Grid can be cleared by clicking the command button Clear Grid to select another option.
You can change the product's description, rates by entering the desired text in grid colums. After you enter record in one column, you can move to another column by keybord arrow keys. After entering the one line press Enter key to insert new empty row, you can enter new text in this row by down arrow key and then left & right arrow keys.
To close the report press command button Close.
