To see the summarized details of work and leave of employees, select Employees' Work / Leave Summary option from the Employee menu. There can be two categories of employees, permanent or casual or both. If you tick Permanent then the displayed list will be of permanent employees, if you tick Casual then the displayed list will be of Casual employees, if both are ticked list of all employees will be tick.
A window will be displayed, which is having employees' work and leave summary part at the bottom side. This window displays name of the employee, total number of days, total number of holidays, total number of working days, number of absent days of the employee, number of overtime hours, number of days worked, and total number of days worked. It also display about the earned leave ( EL ) and casual leave ( CL ). The details about EL and CL which gets displayed are total number of EL and CL, month EL and CL, number of EL and CL used and number of EL and CL remaining.
Whenever the attendance register is updated Work Leave summary is build. You can maximize the Work leave summary window by clicking on the button which is displayed second from the top right corner. If you want to change work leave summary window to its original size, click on the button which is displayed on the right corner.
To print, click on the button which is displayed third from the top right corner. For more help refer : Print Using Hitech Print Engine
To close the work leave summary window, select Close button.
