Edit Diagnostics Reports Bills Edit Diagnostics Reports Bills, How To Edit Diagnostics Reports Bill

To edit or print any of the Diagnostics Reports Bill click the menu command named Edit Diagnostics Reports Bills under the main menu Diagnostics Report . The above window shall be displayed.
You can select any report by either scrolling the data control or by giving the bill number in the field marked GOTO INV # and by pressing the command button named GO TO. When the correct record is displayed in the window then you can carry out the following tasks:
Delete the reports bill by pressing the command button DELETE . Ledger entries are also automatically deleted.
Print the reports bill again by pressing the command button marked PRINT . A print dialogue shall be displayed. You can select any printer and press command button marked OK to print the report.
Diagnostics Report printed report will look like the following:

Edit the report by pressing the command button marked EDIT. When you press EDIT button the program will ask you to confirm and when you click yes the report shall be enabled for editing and two new buttons marked SAVE and END EDIT shall be displayed. Make the changes then press END EDIT button to save and exit. SAVE button will also save the report but you to press END EDIT button to end the editing. When you edit ant diagnostics reports bill all ledger entries are updated automatically.
