Printing Indoor Patient's Admission Ticket Printing Indoor Patient Admission Ticket, Print IPD Ticket, Admitting Patient To Hospital

A new indoor patient's record is created to admit a patient . Once the record has been created give Menu Command Print IPD Ticket Registration window will be displayed for Entry Record. Locate Indoor patient record for which the IPD Ticket is to.be printed. Once you have the record displayed on the screen press the command button marked Print IPD Ticket to print the IPD Ticket.
When you click the above command button a print dialogue shall be displayed. Select the correct printer and then press command button marked OK . The IPD Ticket shall be sent to printer now.
The various details about the patient as IPD Number, name, father's name, age, sex, name of the referring doctor's name, address, city, state, arrival time and arrival date etc. shall be printed on the IPD ticket. Diagnosis (Provisional) and Diagnosis (Final) fields are provided for writing along with the date of discharge. In the form below there are three columns marked date, Symptoms & Course of Illness and Treatment for recording the doctor's entries.
After printing the ticket the patient registration window shall be closed automatically. For printing another ticket repeat this procedure again.
