Adding New Fee Charge Setup Add New Fee Charge Setup hofc.bmp 
To add new Fee Charge Item give Menu Command Fee Charges Setup under main menu Setup . A window will be displayed for Fee Charge Item Entry. The details about the Fee Charge can be entered in field marked particulars. These data fields or text boxes are bound to the Data Control linked to Fee Charges information database. As you will click one of the four buttons on the data control you will see the text displayed in the bound text boxes change accordingly. These text boxes are disabled until you press Add or Edit on the Data Command Button Group . To add new fee charge press command button Add on the Data Command Button Group . It will be replaced with the caption Update . All other command buttons will be disabled until you press Update after entering the new record. The various data fields of the fee charge record will become empty so that you can enter a new record. Now you can start typing the appropriate information in the text boxes. To move from one text box / field to another use Tab and Shift Tab keys on the keyboard or use mouse. When you have finished entering the record then press Update . To save your record automatically Tick check box Save All Changes Automatically. If you have not done so you will get following messages : "Do you want to save the current record ?". If you want to save the record then answer Yes to the above message. To add another record again press command button Add . An attempt to close the customer record or to move to new record when the text boxes are all empty (null values) will not be allowed. To close customer record press command button Close but after pressing Update Record . You can also select the record by clicking its entry in the grid below. This grid also serves as the list of the items so that you can review the items already filled in.
