Current Reports to be Prepared

The doctor specifies the medication and investigation advised as in Treatment Given to Patient . The investigation advised for the day are displayed here for the pathology lab staff. Here you have select the name of patient. Once you select it and press enter all the reports to be prepared for the patient will be displayed individually along with the comments of the doctor for each report.
Just select the report and press command button marked Make Report. You will be asked whether you want to prepare the selected report. Answer lquote Yes'. The report window will be opened with the name of the patient already filled in. Prepare the report and press the command button close . You will be asked if you want to save the report. If you answer lquote Yes' the report will be saved and you return to the previous window (Current report to be prepared). The report you did now will be marked as completed.
Now when you see the treatment record as in Treatment Given to Patient the (-) sign after the report advised will change to (+) and you can review this report by double clicking (+) sign.
You can also list the current reports to be prepared as per the date or you can list all reports by clicking the option button List All.
To close the report press command button Close.
