Day Book (Cash) Day Cash Book, Cash Collection, Department Wise Collection

Day cash book displays the daily cash balance for the day.
While the patients are registered the name of the department and the doctor is selected. The Day Book (cash) display the collection of fees as per the department. Please see the picture for a typical data entry.
In the first part all the patients for the day are listed along with the name of the doctor and the fee collection as per the departments. The department you set up are shown in the columns of the report.
In the second part cash receipts are given. These cash receipts are to be entered through a cash receipt voucher. The credit account shall be that of Fee collection and additional details can the specified in the narration. The report above displays the credit account and narration.
In the third part cash payments are given. These cash payments are to be entered through a cash payment voucher. The debit account shall be that of Cash Expenses and additional details can the specified in the narration. The report above displays the debit account and narration.
In the last part the cash balance and debit and credit totals are calculated.
To print the report refer : Print Using Hitech Print Engine . To close the displayed visitors list press command button Close.
