Discharge Summary

Discharge summary is only created when a treatment given record has been created as explained in Treatment Given to Patient . Once you have created this treatment record for the patient then these very same details recorded on day-to-day basis are presented in a summary in the Discharge Summary. To display discharge summary of the patient select his name from the list of names on the left hand side. When you click a name here you will see all the recorded visits of the patient on the list on right hand side. Now you should highlight the visit you are interested in by clicking it. Now you can either view or print the discharge summary by pressing the command button marked View / Print.
To close this window press command button marked Close.
