Patient's Summary at Discharge

This is another format of Discharge Summary. This also requires that after registration a treatment record for the patient be created using the command as explained in Treatment Given to Patient . Once you have created this treatment record for the patient then these very same details recorded on day-to-day basis are presented in a summary in the Discharge Summary. To display discharge summary of the patient select his name from the list of names on the left hand side. When you click a name here you will see all the recorded visits of the patient on the list on right hand side. Now you should highlight the visit you are interested in by clicking it. Now you can either view or print the discharge summary by pressing the command button marked View / Print. If you have not filled in treatment details in the treatment record as in Treatment Given to Patient you can type these details in the discharge summary. These details will be automatically saved.
Note that though you do not have to fill in the details in the treatment record but you must create a treatment record for the patient as explained above so that data for this discharge summary can be stored there.
In this report there are three tabs Condition at Adm. / Discharge, indoor patient's details and Investigations , with each of the panel containing information to be filled in. You can skip any information you like to skip.
To close this window press command button marked Close.
