Edit/Delete Treatment Record

To Edit / Delete Treatment Record after they are saved give Menu Command Edit / Delete Entry Record . Edit / Delete Treatment Record window will be displayed. The data control with the caption TREATMENT GIVEN RECORD is associated with treatment record entry already made. You can scroll it to see the patient details and go to appropriate record. You can also search the records using command button marked Search . When you click this command button a new frame will open up with a command button marked Close Frame which will hide this frame after use.

Treatment Record could be searched through three criteria : Visit S/N., patient's name and referring doctor selecting one of the three option buttons named Visit S/N., Patient's Name, Ref. By Doctor. Specify criteria to search for a record in the text box given below Find Text . Press command button Find First to find first record matching the pattern. Press command button Find Next to find next record matching the pattern. Press command button Find Previous to find previous record matching the pattern. Press command button Find Last to find last record matching the pattern. As you press these buttons the information displayed in text boxes bound to Room Data Control will change. If there are more than one record matching the pattern then you can scroll through all of them by using commands repeatedly Find Next or Find Previous after using Find First or Find Last for first time.
When the record you want to edit is displayed you can straight away edit it. When you move to another record or close the window then the changes will be automatically saved.
To delete any record first display it before you using the data control. Once the record you want to delete is displayed press command button Delete . You will get a message along with the status of the record asking you to confirm delete. If you answer yes the record will be deleted from all places.
