Editing a Product Record Deleting A Product Record, Removing Product From The List, Product Module, Product Record
To Edit a product detail give Menu Command Product Record. Product Record window will be displayed. Scroll through the data control to find record of the product to be edited. You can also use of the Find Method to get the desired product record displayed before you can edit it. Once the record you want to delete is displayed then press command button Edit on the Data Command Button Group. The various fields of the product record shall be enabled so that you can review and edit any of the fields. Once you are finished press command button marked Update. You will get a message to confirm that you want to save the record. Answer "yes" to save the record. Check the check box marked Save all changed automatically if you do not want to get a prompt before saving. Be careful while editing the records. If the name or description of a product is changed then the reporting for period already passed may get incorrect.
