ESI is the Employee State Insurance and is the contribution of both employee and employer. To calculate the ESI report use the option ESI Reports under the menu option Employees. When you click this option ESI report window will be displayed. You will have to select the period, for help refer : Period Selection
You will see that list of the employee is displayed with the information such as Total days that is days from start of the year to the end of current month, Day worked, Salary, ESI of employee, Employer contribution, Daily Wages.
If you want to take the printout of the ESI report you can do it by clicking the button Print , a dialogue box will be displayed with the message Printing ESI report ? you can select Yes to continue, No to discontinue printing . You can come out of the window by using the button on the right hand side of print button.
