Fees Collection Register

Fees Collection Register is the list of the all collection from the patients as consultation, pathology or other charges. It displays date, receipt no. room no., Indoor / outdoor, no. of person, fees amount, total amount, amount recd. etc. To see Fees Collection Register give Menu Command Fees Collection Register. A window will be displayed for fees collection register.
Any period can be selected for displaying list of that period. To select period press option button Date/Period . Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed, for help refer Period Selection . Press command button OK . The list of selected period will be displayed.
Editing collection register From Fees collection Register :
To edit any record shown in the fees collection register, first select the desired record in the fees collection register or bring focus to the right record using the cursor and tab keys. When the entry record you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The patient record will be displayed in Patient Registration Form. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the fees collection register.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the fees collection register are to be edited.
