Listing of Account Heads Listing Different Accounts, Accounts Module

To get a List of account heads already setup give Menu Command Set up Accounts . Set up Accounts window will be displayed. Press option button List All . All accounts heads which are already setup will be displayed. The following information will be displayed : A/C Code (optional), Account name, Control account if any, A/C Type and opening balance. The total of year opening balance will be calculated at the end.
To list account heads as per the A/C type, click the account type you want to list in the grid ( bring focus to it ) then press option button A/C Type . Only the account head of that account type (Asset, Income, Liability, Expenditure) will be displayed in the list.
To list only those account heads which are control accounts press option button Control Accounts Only . Only account heads which are defined as control account will be displayed.
To list account heads belonging to a control account, click the control account, whose account heads you want to list, in the grid ( bring focus to it ) then press option button Account Heads Belonging to Control Account . Only the account heads who have this control account will be displayed in the list.
If you double click any of the account head displayed in the grid the record of that account head will be displayed by the data control. If you double click any of the account head text boxes then the account head which had focus in the grid will be entered in the text box.
If you want to locate only accounts having a certain name then you can list the account names using the option marked Criteria .
