Outdoor Patient's Regsitration Patient Registration

To make OPD registration please give menu command Outdoor Patient's Registration. A window will open. On the right side panel of the window the consultation schedule for any day can be displayed by selecting the day.
For making OPD registration for a patient minimum following information need to be given: department, doctor name and patient name. The consultation fee also need to be specified. For OPD patients check box marked Outdoor should remain checked.
Once you have given these values you can save the record. However you can also enter various other information like address, father's name etc. Arrival date and time is recorded by the program automatically.
You can add the OPD registration in batch one after other by clicking the command button marked Save + New Entry . This will save this record and ready the form for new entry.
If you want to print the OPD ticket then press command button marked Print OPD Ticket . The record shall be first saved then the form will close and OPD ticket will print.
To register next OPD patient give the command Outdoor Patients Registration from the menu again.
While printing the OPD ticket you can check the two check boxes marked Print Bill or Print Receipt to print either the bill or receipt with the OPD ticket.
Before you issue Print OPD Command make sure the printer is switched on.
OPD Ticket is printed and given to patient so that doctors can write physical examination details, history and details of treatment given for the patient.
After the registration is done and the OPD ticket for an already registered patient need to be printed it can be done by giving the menu command Print OPD Ticket .
