Outstanding Invoices Ageing Report Outstanding Invoices Ageing Report, Sales Invoices : Ageing Analysis

To prepare Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report give menu command Sales / Sales Return Reports under menu heading Sales. On the next menu level give menu command Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report. The report window will be displayed.
To get Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report for all invoices of all companies press option button List All. This report can also be prepared individually for any distribution company. To prepare Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report of a distribution company click option button Distribution Company Name press command button Find and select one of the distribution company from the Supplier Selection List. You can also type the distribution company name in the text box. Press command button OK. The Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report of the distribution invoices belonging to that distribution company will be displayed for the selected date. The default selection is current day.
Outstanding position as on any date can be selected for preparing the Outstanding report. To select this date press option button Outstanding As on Date. Enter the date in the text box which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report as on that date will be displayed for the sales of particular distribution company, if distribution company name is selected or for all the products if List All is selected.
The Outstanding Invoices' Ageing Report includes Customer Name, City, Invoice #, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount 0-7 days, 8-15 Days, 16-30 Days, 31-60 Days, Above 60 Days and total Balance Rs. amount against each customer. The Title includes the period and the company which are selected for display.
To print the report please refer to : Print Using Hitech Print Engine.
To close the report press command button Close.
