Patients Visit Register

Patient's Visit Register is the check in register for the patients. It records information about the visitor like patient's name, father's name, age, sex, address, arr. time & date, dep. time & date, room no., tariff, receipt no. & date, total amount, amount recd., bill no. & date, deposit amount & slip no. and checked by name.
To prepare date wise Patient's Visit Register any period can be selected for displaying details of that period. To select period press option button Date . Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed, for help refer Period Selection . Press command button OK . The Entry / Room Register of selected period will be displayed. To prepare patient's name wise Entry Register which will show entries only for the selected patient, click option button marked Patient Name and enter the patient name. in the given textbox and press the command button marked Ok . The Visitors Entry for the selected patient will be displayed. To list all visitors press option button List All .
Editing Patient Registration Record From Patient's Register. :
To edit any record shown in the Patient's Visit Register first click the desired name in the Patient's Visit Register or bring focus to the right name using the cursor and tab keys. When the visitor's record you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The visitors entry record will be displayed in Entry Record Form. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the Patient's Visit Register. If you want to see the effect of editing in the Patient's Visit Register. immediately then press option button List All or choose appropriate option.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the Entry / Room Register are to be edited.
