Pending Bill Details

Pending Bill Details is separate report where all pending bill information are recorded. To display Pending Bill Details give Menu Command Pending Bill Details . Pending Bill Details window will be displayed. By default the pending bill details is displayed for period year to date. This period is displayed in the frame marked period.
Any period can be selected for displaying pending bill details of that period. To select period press option button Date . Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed, for help refer Period Selection
Press command button OK . The pending bill details of selected period will be displayed.
To prepare room no. wise list press option button Room Number. Enter the room no. in text box. The pending bill details of selected room no. will be displayed. To list all pending bill details press option button List All .
In pending bill details the all information shows like name, father's name, age, sex, tariff, pending bill amount etc.
Editing pending bill details From entry record :
To edit any record shown in the pending bill details, first click the desired name in the pending bill details or bring focus to the right name using the cursor and tab keys. When the entry record you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The registration record will be displayed. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the pending bill details. If you want to see the effect of editing in the pending bill details immediately then press option button List All or choose appropriate option.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the pending bill details are to be edited.
