To prepare Product wise Customer wise Sales Report give menu command MIS Reporting - Sales under menu heading Sales. On the next menu level give menu command Productwise Customerwise Sales Report. The report window will be displayed.
To prepare supplier wise, Product wise Customer wise Sales Report of products click option button Manufacturer Name , press command button Find and select one of the supplier from the Supplier Selection List. You can also type the supplier name in the text box. Press command button OK. The Product wise Customer wise Sales Report of the products belonging to that supplier will be displayed for the selected period. The default selection is last one month from current day. To get Product wise Customer wise Sales Report of all products press option button List All.
Any period can be selected for preparing the Product wise Customer wise Sales Report of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The Product wise Customer wise Sales Report of that period will be displayed for the products of particular supplier, if supplier name is selected, or for all the products if List All is selected.
The Customer wise Product Sales Report includes Product Description, Customer Name, Invoice No, Invoice Date, Sale Qty., Sale Value and the total amount. The Title includes the period and the company which are selected for display.
To print the report please refer to : Print Using Hitech Print Engine.
To close the report press command button Close.
