Roomwise Occupancy Report

Room wise Occupancy Report displays how the rooms were occupied during a period. It displays room no., category. occupied on days, no. of occupants, total tariff, fees amount, other charges, total amount and amount recd. of the rooms. With this report you can see the collection made by various rooms in your hospital.
To Room wise Occupancy Report click option button Room wise Occupancy Report. Any period can be selected for displaying room wise occupancy report of that period. To select period press option button Date/Period . Enter the two dates in the text boxes, which will be displayed, for help refer Period Selection . Press command button OK . The room wise occupancy report for the selected period will be displayed.

To exit from this report press command button Close.
