Advertisement Booked but Not Printed

The AAF is prepared when the advertisement is booked. It has one insertion date, on that date the advertisement is printed. Once the advertisement is printed then Daily Page Wise Statistics are to be prepared. DPS is to verify that all the advt. printed are also billed. After the DPS is verified the AAF is to be confirmed so that actual details of printing are confirmed in AAF. The AAF is confirmed in this way. If the AAF is prepared but not confirmed it may be assumed that it was not printed. The bill for this AAF will also not be printed. This report will show all such AAF which were not confirmed.
To display List of Advertisement Booked but Not Printed give menu command Advertisement Booked but Not Printed under main menu Advertisement . In the report window that will open you can prepare the report in one of the following ways.
To prepare the List of Advertisement Booked but Not Printed for a place select the name of the place from the drop down list marked place and then click the option button marked Place . To prepare the List of Advertisement Booked but Not Printed for a zone select the name of the zone from the drop down list marked zone and then click the option button marked Zone .
To close the window press the command button marked Close .
To print the report refer : Print Using Hitech Print Engine.
