The Advertisement bills are posted in ledger in the party account. When the payment is received then the party ledger is updated. Advertisement Recovery Report shows the recovery position of each party account. To display Advertisement recovery report give menu command Advertisement Recovery Report under main menu Advertisement . In the report window that will open you can prepare the report in one of the following ways.
To prepare the Advertisement recovery report for a place select the name of the place from the drop down list marked place and then click the option button marked Place . To prepare the Advertisement recovery report for a zone select the name of the zone from the drop down list marked zone and then click the option button marked Zone .
The Advertisement recovery report displays the name of the advertiser, code, previous balance, last bill amount & date, debit during the month, credit during the month and current balance.
To close the window press the command button marked Close .
To print the report refer : Print Using Hitech Print Engine.
