Credit Note Register Credit Note Reg.

Credit Note Register is the number wise list of the credit note in the Publication database. It displays details of credit notes issued. To list the credit notes for a period press option button Select Period. You can also list the credit notes only for a select agent by clicking the option button marked Agent Name or list all credit notes by clicking the option button marked List All.
Editing Credit Note From Credit Note register :
To edit any record shown in the credit note register list first click the desired name in the credit note register or bring focus to the right name using the cursor and tab keys. When the credit note r you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The credit note will be displayed in credit note Form. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the credit note register. If you want to see the effect of editing in the credit note immediately then press appropriate option Button as described above.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the credit note register are to be edited.
