Circulation Recovery Report

The circulation bills are posted in ledger in the party account. When the payment is received then the party ledger is updated. Circulation Recovery Report shows the recovery position of each party account. To display circulation recovery report give menu command Circulation Recovery Report under main menu Circulation . In the report window that will open you can prepare the report in one of the following ways.
To prepare the circulation recovery report for a place select the name of the place from the drop down list marked place and then click the option button marked Place . To prepare the circulation recovery report for a zone select the name of the zone from the drop down list marked zone and then click the option button marked Zone .
The circulation recovery report displays the name of the agent, code, previous balance, last bill amount & date, debit during the month, credit during the month and current balance.
To close the window press the command button marked Close .
