Modification of DDS
NPMDDS.BMP
To modify the DDS after it has been created use menu command Modification of DDS. DDS can be modified in many ways. After the window is open select the DDS period which you want to edit and press command button marked SHOW. Press the command button marked EDIT DDS and the following frame will be displayed :

As you can see here the DDS can be modified in many different ways. You have to perform this operation on individual agents. You can select one of the possible four operation, fill in the related dates and press the command button marked OK. The specified operation will be carried out on the DDS for the selected agent and period.
