Setting up Advertiser's A/C HeadSetting Up Advertiser's A/C Head
Setting up advertiser account head can be done after a new advertiser is added to the record. When you do this the account head and its month balance table is created in the ledger. This is also done automatically when you do any transaction with this advertiser for the first time other than cash transaction.
To set up advertiser account heads press command button marked Setup A/c . The advertiser A/C Type will be Asset and the control account will be set to SUNDRY DEBTORS. Account code will remain same as the advertiser codes wherever possible. If the advertiser code already exists in Accounts Setup then a new advertiser code will be selected.
