Summary of Bill Bill Summ

Summary of Bills is the alphabetical list of the Advertisement bills in the advertisement database. It displays summary
of bills issued. The bills can be shown for a particular category or publication. To list the bill for a period press option button Select Period or date. The bills can be sorted in one of many ways. To apply sorting of bill press command button marked Specify Sorting Options and select the appropriate option button .
Editing Bill From Bill Summary :
To edit any record shown in the bill book list first click the desired name in the bill book or bring focus to the right name using the cursor and tab keys. When the Advertisement bill you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The bill will be displayed in Bill Record Form. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the Bill Book. If you want to see the effect of editing in the Bill Book immediately then press option Button Select Period or date after choosing appropriate option.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the advertisement bill summary are to be edited.
