VAT (Value Added Tax) Return VAT Return, Accounts Module
It is the summary of VAT Input and VAT Output accounts. Also details of all transactions are displayed in a VAT Return format. To prepare VAT return click the Menu Command marked VAT Return . A window will be displayed with the three tabs.

The main tab is marked VAT Return . This tab will show VAT on sales (VAT Output), VAT on purchase or VAT Credit and the Net VAT payable. The fields below show total sales and receipts.
The second tab shows VAT summary . Here the total VAT for each of the VAT Code or VAT rate is displayed separately for sales, receipts and purchase, payments etc.
In the third tab VAT details are displayed. Here the all the transactions of the VAT Code or VAT rate is displayed separately for sales, receipts and purchase, payments etc. This report could be very large if you have a number of sales invoices in the system.
To print the report press the command button Print . A small window will open where you can select one of the three items to be printed. When you proceed with printing the report shall be displayed using Crystal Reports.
