Customer Vehicles Number Setup

Customer accounts are created in customer record so that credit sales of fuel and other items can be made. Vehicles numbers for each customer can be setup using menu command Customer Vehicle Number Setup under main menu Parties.
When vehicle numbers are setup the same can be entered in credit sales bill for petrol/diesel. Here you can select the vehicle number from a drop down list and the associated customer account shall be automatically selected.
In the customer Vehicles numbers setup window the customer names are given in list on left side. When you click a customer name in the list the vehicles for the customer shall be displayed in the db grid on the right hand side.
You can enter the vehicle numbers for the customer in this grid. After entering a record move to row below using down cursor and the record shall be save automatically.
If you want to delete a record from this db grid then select a record or a row by clicking on the left side gray area. When the row is highlighted press delete key to delete the highlighted record.
