To prepare Area wise Free Claim Report give menu command Sales / Sales Return Reports under menu heading Sales. On the next menu level give menu command Area wise Free Claim Report. The report window will be displayed.
To prepare supplier wise Area wise Free Claim Report of products click option button Supplier Name , press command button Find and select one of the supplier from the Supplier Selection List . You can also type the supplier name in the text box. Press command button OK. The Area wise Free Claim Report of the products belonging to that supplier will be displayed for the selected period. The default selection is current day. To get Area wise Free Claim Report of all products press option button List All.
Any period can be selected for preparing the Area wise Free Claim Report of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The Area wise Free Claim Report that period will be displayed for the products of particular supplier, if supplier name is selected or for all the products if List All is selected.
If you want to display this report for a distribution company then check the check box marked DISTRIBUTION COMPANY.
The Area wise Free Claim Report includes Product Description, Invoice No./ date, Unit, Sale Qty, Sale Price, Free Given, Free Value and the total amount. The Title includes the period and the company which are selected for display.
To print the report please refer to : Print Using Hitech Print Engine .
To close the report press command button Close.
