To prepare Area wise Sales Summary Report give menu command Sales / Sales Return Reports. under menu heading Sales. On the next menu level give menu command Area wise Sales Summary Report. The report window will be displayed.
To get Area wise Sales Summary Report for all products of all companies press option button List All. This report can also be prepared individually for any distribution company. To prepare Area wise Sales Summary Report of a distribution company click option button Distribution Company Name , press command button Find and select one of the distribution company from the Supplier Selection List . You can also type the distribution company name in the text box. Press command button OK. The Area wise Sales Summary Report of the products belonging to that supplier in the distribution invoices will be displayed for the selected period. The default selection is current day.
Any period can be selected for preparing the Area wise Sales Summary Report of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The Area wise Sales Summary Report for that period will be displayed for the products of particular distribution company, if distribution company name is selected, or for all the products if List All is selected.
The Area wise Sales Summary Report includes Customer Name, City, Invoice #, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount. Rs., Discount Rs., VAT Rs., CST Rs., Discount, Freight and the total amount, balance amount, Credit Note Rs., Debit Note Rs. and Net to Pay. The Title includes the period and the company which are selected for display.
To print the report please refer to : Print Using Hitech Print Engine .
To close the report press command button Close.
