To prepare Customer wise Product wise Sales Report give menu command MIS Reporting - Sales under menu heading Sales. On the next menu level give menu command Customer wise Product wise Sales Report. The report window will be displayed.
To prepare supplier wise, Customer wise Product wise Sales Report of products click option button Supplier Name , press command button Find and select one of the supplier from the Supplier Selection List . You can also type the supplier name in the text box. Press command button OK. The Customer wise Product wise Sales Report of the products belonging to that supplier will be displayed for the selected period. The default selection is current day. To get Customer wise Product wise Sales Report of all products press option button List All.
Any period can be selected for preparing the Customer wise Product wise Sales Report of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The Customer wise Product wise Sales Report of that period will be displayed for the products of particular supplier, if supplier name is selected, or for all the products if List All is selected.
If you want to display this report for a distribution company then check the check box marked DISTRIBUTION COMPANY.
The Customer wise Product Sales Report includes Product Description, Packing, Sale Qty, Free Given, Sale Value, VAT Rs., CST Rs., Discount, Freight and the total amount. The Title includes the period and the company which are selected for display.
To print the report please refer to : Print Using Hitech Print Engine .
To close the report press command button Close.
