Employee List is the alphabetical list of the employees in the employee database. It displays names, father's name, address, qualification, basic salary, date of birth, references, designation, take-home salary, date of joining, ESI number, pay date and date of leaving of the employees.
To prepare list of current employees select Only Employed Currently option button. The list of the employees employed currently will be displayed. To prepare list of permanent workers, click on Permanent workers option button till a tick mark displays. The list of the permanent workers will be displayed. Similarly, to prepare list of casual workers, click on Casual workers option button till a tick mark displays in it. To prepare list of all employees press option button All .
Editing Employee Record From List :
To edit any record shown in the employee list first click the desired name in the employee list or bring focus to the right name using the cursor and tab keys. When the employee record you want to edit is in focus press Edit command button. The employee record will be displayed in Employee Record Form. You can edit this record, move to other records and edit or delete them as you desire. When you press Close command button the program will return you to the employee list. If you want to see the effect of editing in the employee list immediately then press option Button List All or choose appropriate option.
The above feature is useful when some selected records from the employee list are to be edited.
