If you want to export any report which is displayed in a grid (most of the reports are) to MicroSoft Excel then please use menu command Export Active Report to Excel or use hotkey CTRL+X your report will be transferred in the excel sheet.
This transfer is done though OLE automation between Hitech Software and Excel 97. You should have MS Excel 97 installed on your computer for this feature to work. OLE data transfer may take time depending on the number of entries to be transferred to the Excel Worksheet.
