This report displays the position of stock, income, expenditure, Profit, change in assets & change in liability for each month. These vital indicators are availbale at a glance and also on a graph. You can also get the details of expenditure or income for any month. This report is very useful for you in optimizing the costs incurred in your business over the financial year.
To prepare Month wise Business Indicator give Menu Command Month wise Business Indicator under main menu heading Accounts . Month wise Business Indicator window will be displayed. Then you will press the command button Process and the process will be started.
In month wise business indicator Opening Balances of Stock and Assets and Liabilities are displayed on the top line. The change in value of stock, income, expenditure, profit for the month, change in assets and change in liabilities for each month will be displayed. Income, expenditure, assets, liabilities and profit marked by * indicate that the value is the change during the month. Total profit for the year is totaled at the end of column.
If you want to see the details of income or expenditure for any month please double click the value of income or expenditure for the selected month. The account wise details of income or expenditure will be displayed if the grid below.

If you want to see the report in graph view press the button Graph The graph will be displayed for the current financial year. The red colored bars indicate profits. These bars going downwards indicate loss for that month. This graph can also be displayed using some other methods and can also be printed.
