Sales Order Execution Report

When an order/invoice is supplied to the customer, the record of sales order is kept. You can see this record through Sales Order Execution Report. All the details of order such as Order No. Date, Customer Name, Delivery date, Amount and Execution Status will be displayed. To display sales order execution report give Menu Command Sales Order Execution Report. Sales / Job Order Execution Report will be displayed.
Press the appropriate option button if you want to list sales / job order entries selected as per the criterion listed in patterns for listing. If you want to list all sales /job execution report entries press the option button List All.
Any period can be selected for displaying sales /job order execution report of that period. To select period press option button Orders Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. All sales order entries for that period will be displayed in the list.
To see sales / job order execution report pertaining to one particular customer press option button Customer Name. Enter the name of the customer in the text box which will be displayed. You can select the customer from the drop down list given in the report. Customer name will appear in the frame marked Give Customer Name. Now only the sales / job order execution report belonging to that customer in the selected period will be displayed.
To see the Order entries which are not yet executed click the option button Orders Not Executed. To see only the entries which have been executed click the option button Orders Executed. If both are clicked or in default case orders executed as well as not executed are listed.
If you want to print or edit any sales /job order execution report then first bring that particular sales /job order to focus in the grid by using tab and arrow keys or click it with the mouse in the grid. Once the sales /job order is in focus then press command button Edit. That sales / job order will be opened for edit. Edit / Print the sales order like you edit any other sales /job orders. When you close the Edit window you will return to Sales Order Execution Report. Any changes which you made in the sales order will not be reflected in the sales order list until you prepare the sales /job order book again by pressing the appropriate option button.
To close this window press command button Close .
