Customer Calls Chart Customer Calls Chart, Customer Module, Customer Visit History

Customer Calls Chart is the visits of all customers during a period. It displays names of the customers along with the number of calls made along with cash and credit calls counted separately. It is actually history of customer visit / purchases made by a customer. To display customer calls chart give Menu Command Customer Calls Chart. Customer Calls Chart window will be displayed. The Customer wise Calls Chart includes Customer Name, Area, Zone, No. of cash calls, credit calls, total calls, cash sales amount, credit sales amount and the total amount.
To prepare area wise list of customers click area list and select one of the area from the drop down list of the areas and then select the option button Area. The list of the customers belonging to that area will be displayed. To prepare zone wise list of customers click zone list and select one of the zone from the drop down list of the zones and then select the option button Zone. The list of the customers belonging to that zone will be displayed. To list all customers press option button List All.
Any period can be selected for preparing the customer calls chart of that period. To select period press option button Period. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The customer calls chart for that period will be displayed for area or zone if zone or area is selected, or for all the products if List All is selected. The Title includes the period which is selected for display.
To exit from this report press command button Close.
