Manually Preparing Periodic Sales and Stock Statements Manually Preparing Periodic Sales And Stock Statements, Periodic Sales And Stock Statements : Manual Mode
For all products or companywise Sales and Stock Statementcan be also be prepared by manually entering the figures using menu command Periodic Sales and Stock Statement under menu heading Products / Stock.
To prepare supplier wise Periodic Sales and Stock Statement of products click option button Select Supplier Name , press command button Find , and select one of the supplier from the Supplier Selection List . Press command button OK. The List of the products, cost price with closing stocks and values will be displayed.
The values in the different columns of the report grid can be entered. All the entries related to sales, purchase, returns can be filled in. Once all entries are done then press command button Calculate to get the new values for closing stock and its value.To get prepare Sales and Stock Statement of all products press option button List All.
Any period can be selected for preparing the Sales and Stock Statement of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes which will be displayed. Press command button OK. The products of particular supplier, if supplier name is selected, or all the products if List All is selected will be displayed.
The Periodic Sales and Stock Statement includes Product Description, Packing, Cost Price, receipts and outflow of the product from the stock and opening/closing good stock. The report is comprehensive and also includes the sales and stock values.
To close the report press command button Close.
