This is another important report of the inventory module. It shows daily movements in the stock of any products over a period which can be selected. It calculates the opening and closing stock positions, Sales, Sales Returns, Purchase, Purchase Returns, Free given and Bad stock for a product everyday for any period which can be selected before preparing the report. This is also called the Stock Ledger because it shows the daily position of the sales and stock. This statement also displays the value of the stock and sales for that product at the end of the day.All products or companywise Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger can be prepared using menu command Stock Item Movement Register under main menu heading Inventory Control / Stock Movement Analysis.
Stock Ledger can be printed as per your choice where you can decide which column of the report you want to print. Just drag the grid lines in the report to show or hide columns in the printed report. First select the pattern according to the type of material, use the following options : click the check box Raw Materials if the type desired is raw materials, click the check box Finished Product if the type desired is finished product, click the check box Scrap if the type is scrap.

To prepare product wise Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger of product click option button Select Product , press command button Find and select one of the product from the the displayed product list. Press command button OK. The Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger of the product will be displayed for the selected period. The default selection is current day. In the report grid all the days of the selected period will be displayed along with opening, closing and bad stock and the movement (inflow / out flow in stock).
Any period can be selected for preparing Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger of that period. To select period press option button Select Period or Date. Enter the two dates in the text boxes. For more detail refer Period selection Press command button OK . Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger for that period will be displayed for the selected product.
The Stock Item Movement Register / Stock Ledger includes Product Description, Packing, Cost Price, daily receipts and outflow of the product from the stock and opening/closing good stock along with closing bad stock. The report is comprehensive and also includes the sales and stock values calculated for all days.
There is a small block PRODUCT MOVEMENT ANALYSIS with button Open / Close when you click it, a list will be displayed consisting of all Bills with their graphs. you can select any of the list member to see its window.

To close the report press command button Close .
